Rex and Gigi's Wedding: 12-30-11

John joins Natalie, and Rex stands with Shane, as Gigi appears in her wedding dress. The wedding begins, as Delphina talks about all Rex and Gigi have overcome. Rex and Gigi exchange personal vows and reflect on their past. In tears, Rex vows to treasure their family forever. Gigi shares his tears and thanks Rex for bringing her back to life, literally. She'll always love him and their family. They light the unity candle then Delphina asks if anyone has any reason to object. Roxy insists she skip that part, due to what happened at the last wedding. Rex and Gigi are pronounced husband and wife. The lights flicker again. Delphina joins Rex, Gigi and Shane at the Buchanan Mansion. Rex wonders how he was getting the messages from Gigi when she was in a coma. Delphina warns them not to mess things up - the universe wanted them together. Rex and Gigi dance by candlelight.

Best wedding on OLTL in a very long time!!! May ABC's ratings tank so bad for cancelling OLTL that they won't be able to recover! OLTL is the best show on daytime! I'm gonna really truly mourn it's last day. And yes I know it's only a show, but I have watched this show for 38 years, thru the good and bad storylines. I have great memories of this show. Long live OLTL!! Please boycott The Chew and The Revolution!!!

Finally, I have been waiting for this wedding for awhile, love that Rex and Clint have bonded enough for him to be at the wedding and be happy for his son too, Rex, GiGi, and Shane deserve a happy ending whether are not I am happy about the show ending, which I am not, it sucks ass big time and so do ABC and Brian Frons.

All weddings make me cry real or fake, but this was just absolutely beautiful, we can all only HOPE to find a love that's a fraction of that!
