If i power walked for 45 min every second day, how often should u do this to get good results?

@gwithadream Again sorry if this is a year late.
But the have the biggest loser the workout cardio max. If you want to lose weight do maximum results, maitain weight costomize it. it is a 30-50 minute cardio thing. I am doing level one. OMG be prepared to sweat.

@xstarc0rex I know I am a year late, lol. But to get best results power walk everyday. You can do cardio every single day! Stregth training everyother day. When I mean strength training I mean buliding lean muscle mass. Light 5-7-10 lbs weights will work. Ankle weight help too. :)

treadmill is generally for cardio.
elliptical is for cardio and muscle. if you want to slim work on the eliptical until you feel the burn then take a break. if you want to build muscle, push yourself until you feel like you can't do anymore.
for cardio, go until you are sweating. make sure to take deep breaths, otherwise you'll raise your blood pressure.

and is this only for legs or does it work on your thighs aswell?
If I do this exercises, and I get more muscels... then my legs would look like they where fat...
how do I avoid that to happen? how do I make my legs thinner / slimmer? and not bigger..

These moves will strengthen and tone the muscles in your legs while lengthening them, and will not cause you to bulk up. Pilates leg circles are also a great move to create leaner looking legs.
