Wait, I'm confused. Is Pulgasari the hero or the villain? Is he the Monster of Capitalism, raping and pillaging across the land? Or a heroic symbol of the Communist Party taking back the world for the working class against the bourgeoisie? Commie propaganda is hard to follow.
