Well done but... if you are going to wear a 3rd ID combat patch then wear it the right way. OH and we are way better then maintenance any day! And for the other crew chiefs that chimed in about how they are crew chiefs am i sorry for you but don't FLY in your aircraft you are in maintenance!and getting strapped to a wing does not count. Now knock out this 40 hour inspection because i am going home!

Looking for a Blackhawk Crew Chief

Just dropped my 18 yr. old son off at Ft Eustis for AIT - 15T

Signed up for six yrs. as a reservist. After AIT he goes back to Texas and into ROTC with his reserve unit at Texas Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth.

Eventually wants to fly Blackhawks - is he on the right track ?

Any advice would be appreciated.
