@WayToSatan As far as I know, "sat" means "veracity". Where did you read that SATAN means truth? At least mention some reliable, academically renown Sanskrit source like Sir Monier Williams' dictionary.

Before you open your mouth, get the fact that there are older languages than the hebrew.
SATAN means TRUTH in Sanskrit.
Sanskrit is one of the world's oldest languages.

To you who asked if you can do yoga if you cant sit like that. I recommend a rather simple chair or a stool not to have too much things in the way to be able to move around you arms and rotate the body. Any exercise that you cant do due to pain or other things, you can always to them MENTALLY, imagine in your mind that you do them. That is also helpful. I have a disabling handicap and kundalini gives me a lot, I do my exercises on a chair.

@Henok30 @Henok30 It is the main word that appears in the Sikh sacred scripture caled the Guru Granth Sahib. It is part of the Gurbani shabad called Mool Mantra which is repeated daily by all Sikhs. This word succeeds the word "Ek-onkar" which means "There is only One God". The words "Sat" and "nam" mean that "god's existence is the utmost reality" and that "god has a name and thereby does exist".

Sat = True
Naam = Name. It means the name of god is true meaning god exists.
