I use to eat like crap. i use to eat doritos and drink sodas. Not anymore. i'm wanting to eat healthier. I avoid processed foods and fast foods, and trans fat aka hydrogenated oils and eat low-fat or non-fat dairy. I'm eating more salmon and tuna. and i'm eating spinach, almonds, eggs, berries, oatmeal, etc.
