Just a nice compilation of videos from the evening of December 8, 2008. Aural fixation was having a little too much fun practicing their songs that they decided to do a tag. Unbelievably enough I have no voice a few days later still. If legible, the subtitles should explain what was going on.

No offense meant to this, but I do not like the sound of this tenor. There's nothing barbershop about it. It's all to in the throat. Bring it up into the mask a little bit and give it a little edge and you'll sound awesome.

This is what I would expect to hear from a live recording. You can hear all the ambient noise in the room, the normal clicks and pops. It has normal sounding live male voices with the expected intonation issues associated with youth. Hmmmmm

What's your point? We did the scarborough fair video in a stairwell in the middle of the afternoon when everyone was in classes. So there was no noise elsewhere. The mic's pickup was not on "high" as the ipod mic would describe and helped reduce the volume of the ambient noise. Why would we fake an amateur recording? I hate you.

I am a little confused about who sings which voice. The "I" in the annotation "*I* thought it would be fun to sing the tenor line in chest voice" refers to Danny, doesn't it? But when Brodie took over Danny's part in the last version, he said "I want to sing the bari", right?

Well no matter which part he sings, Brodie is always the best, I think. But you are all great!

Yeah Brodie has a really strong voice. He is the only one in our group who I think is probably capable of doing some kind of solo career, which I think he may pursue. Definitely a right choice for the lead!

@daniscool99 That's the best part of a competition or show - hanging out afterwards with hundreds of barbershoppers, singing tags until the wee hours, or even later. Learning new tags and singing different parts... so much fun! I remember once staying up all night singing and when I went back to the hotel room it was time to pack up and get ready for the flight home. I need to listen to my barbershop cds and tapes now and sing along at the top of my voice. How I miss singing with my chorus!

Ok that was just completely enjoyable for me hehe. I know that you guys were just having fun with this one and the subtitles did make me laugh. But wow Danny, you are gonna pass out!!! BTW I disagree... I think you have every chance at a solo career and I remain a huge fan :)
