Charlemagne is great, he will definitely be much successful. It's good that he's honest w/ artist. And I can relate to him because even if you're the best employee, these new execs are stupid and don't care because they rather have people they know or can turnout. I experienced that at my old job being a model employee just to be moved out by some older dude that has another job and is not punctual. Fuck these sorry new ignorant mgrs..
