I love Frankie! What a great helper you have all the balloon needs is a smiley face. Next time I'm in a rush I'll make sure to try your quickie method. I prefer the long drawn out method however it's relaxing and I like to put cornmeal on the bottom of my pan it adds a nice texture and flavor to the bread. I must agree it is a better video than expertvillage you even shaped yours better than they did over there. He didn't even bother to score it...
