Look people, Kneale, Kudlow, Cramer and others are just a bunch of guys on TV selling entertainment. They'll sell you any story as long as they get paid. Maybe in the private they are ok, maybe not . What matters the most is to be able to recognize the fact that mass media are not here to tell you the truth but make money! They don't have any moral obligation towards anybody. I don't think there is a magic recovery but contractions don't go on forever. As for all the bad debt, what is to say it won't be removed? All of this is financial noise, it is not as if the houses themselves collapsed when the housing market imploded. Right now the cart is in front of the horse and one way or another they need to get that horse moving. I just intend to profit either way, and that has been primarily by being long and selling once rallies have become extended.

@407buddy My dad hasn't paid his mortgage in over 2 yrs. I think that's crazy, but somehow I'd feel different if everyone stopped paying their mortgages and credit cards.
