LEVEL: MUSOU MODE ONLY!!! - Campaign Against Liu Bei, play as the Yellow Turban forces
METHOD: Again, you can only unlock this item through musou mode. Begin the Yellow Turban storyline. Complete the Yellow Turban Fortress. Begin the Campaign against Liu Bei. Kill Guan Yu and Zhao Yun immediately (before any reinforcements arrive - Huang Zhong or Ma Chao may appear, but they do not count as reinforcements). Go after Liu Bei and whittle his health down to about half. The item will appear on the island in the southeast corner of the map.
EFFECT: The harness boosts your luck when equipped. Whatever that means.

In case you didn't know, luck increases the drop rate of high rated items. So like (I don't know if it goes this high) you can get like a level 20 peacock urn/
