I love seeing the people like Jim and Richard Patterson have such a passion for what they do with whisky. Their passion for whisky is utterly captivating, and makes learning about and appreciating whiskies entertaining and a little bit of an adventure. Jim's honesty about things such as the coloring of whisky is most welcome.
