  • How? I still can't get. And here is Singapore I can't find anyone, who can help.

How is it I can't focus. I so down and listening to the Om Mani Peme Hung...saddens me, why.

  • Sogyal Rinpoche is who I learnt tibetan meditation from, and there are lots of videos of him teaching on here!

  • Regina, I go on here. Your husband is having a bad dream and eventually he will break through it. Impermanence is true for all things, including his depression. Meanwhile, enjoy what you can, and I would also give thanks for everything I have. Thankfulness is an emotion that is healing in itself. Good luck. We are not alone.

  • Hi Regina, you say you want to meditate. You need someone to train you in that, but until you find someone qualified, it will do you no harm to sit comfortably and straight, and concentrate on your gentle breathing. When you breath in, feel you absorb all your husband's pain and affliction. You absorb something black and heavy. When you breath out, you send out something light and subtle, that gives him peace. Do it gently, and let that gentleness spread slowly throughout your day.
