Breakaway

Unless you watched my update video, this wont make much sense. but tuesday i was thrown from bella and got a concussion. i understand that over half the time, mistakes are made by the rider and not the horse. but i also understand that a horse is a live animal with emotions, thoughts, instincts, and fears. they have their off days just like any other living thing. tuesday was an off day for bella. im not mad at her. shes so amazing for me so much of the time that when things like this happen , i just have to brush it off. wednesday i went to the ranch to talk to my trainer and friend. they were very nice and supportive but i cant say the same about anyone else. nobody else gave two shits that i was hurt, and it could potentially have been alot worse. no, instead, i was greeted with rude remarks from people who have never even handled my horse. "she doesnt like jumping" "i have never seen bella be a brat, its obviously you" "you dont know what your doing" "you were sending her mixed signals" "bella is amazing it must have been your fault" why is it that i get credit for not knowing how to ride, and no credit for training bella or winning championships on her? If i didnt know what i was doing, then how would she? because when i got her she knew nothing. she cant learn from never being taught. and she cant be taught from someone who doesnt know what theyre doing. shouldnt something be said for a rider who makes a horse look easy? isnt that the point? but thank you for everyone that made me feel like absolute shit and could care less about my well being. all it shows is your lack of compassion and knowledge. so when you wonder why i dont 'help' you anymore. its because i obviously dont know what im doing, and ill ruin your horse just like mine. right?
