@Vicryl007 trust me a loot of these weapons are offerd for sale but not many are wiling to buy them. some get bought but remember that this is an entier nations stock of weapons and ammo. they cant sell it all it would take to much time and resources. so there for they destroy them so that they dont fall into wrong hands.

They could have disarmed the bombs and war heads and sold them to the US surplus market as paper weights. The small arms ammo could be sold to hunters and sportsmen and made a huge return to the government.

Chopping up small arms does absolutely nothing to further safety. Destroying hand grenades and artillery ordinace does further safety. These people are tacit testimonial of the lunatic left's agenda to destroy our right to defend ourselves.
