@StevenUlyssesPerhero exactly my point, riders are strongest in their own series, the show is fictional and yet we should use a lil bit of logic when deciding which rider is the best. It's like how come Kamen rider double had a hard time defeating certain weakling dopant when he actually sent shadowmoon's ass flying up to the sky?? does that mean the Dopant is stronger than Shadowmoon? when deciding which riders the best, we should really judge from their skills, not who beat who in which shows

I know this is really late, but looking back on this now, I realized that KR Sasword played the guy from Ouran Host Club, and the KR Kabuto actor plays in so many crime dramas.

@MrGekko1999 does it matter, even if he chose other riders for his list, he'd still make kabuto #1. he is the most powerful of all possible riders.....he rules over all other riders.
