There's a tesco on the bottom floor and it is ontop of Westminster station, i cant think of anything else of significance to it.

@paul1967uk Myself, I WANT to visit the UK, if even just ONCE in my life. I was RAISED on British television, and my all-time favorite band is The Who.
In my community (in the States), we've a similar "bell" that chimes [poorly] like Big Ben. For starters, it sounds like shyte. Secondly, IT'S JUST A SPEAKER! That's like having an electronic siren vs. one with a chopper and blower! "YOU ARE A MOCKERY OF BIG BEN!" I yell, only to look around, having everyone looking like I'm a nutter...
