A good way to take your mind off depression is really just laughter. I'm going through depression right now over a girl and i find that laughter helps with depression, it takes the edge of things and keeps ur mind free of negative thoughts.

What if you are out of work? Is that considered a way of thinking too? I mean really let's be real about this anyone with out a job will experience some form of depression or other, and if their family is hard on them that's not a way of thinking, that's real.
