I think Colton was putting his arm out to protect the lineman as well as himself. If the linesman got too close he or Orr could have gotten hit. I think his intention was to not let linesman in the middle rather than push and cause him to fall. No one was hurt thank goodness. More to worry about then Orr putting his arm out.
