  • Bravi!!! Martin ani si sa nepochvalil s akymi spevakmi si robil blahozelam!!!

  • @redhead529 Bravo! The nastiness of alexandrevlad37 is VERY unnecessary. He should have respect for this great artist. I've heard Ramey call it a "slow vibrato" too. He knows it's there, but people still want to hear him sing. i do hope that he will do some sort of farewell tour before he retires. I have every intention of hearing him as Pope Leo in Attila in San Francisco next year...even if I have to do as you did and drive for hours in the rain to get there.

  • His voice is not gone. All he needs to do is start exercising and relax any tension he has in the throat. No weight lifting, but jogging. Anything to get the air flowing. If Jose van Dam is still singing without a wobble, then Sam can do it as well. Sam is still one of the greatest artists alive!!!!!

  • The problem with Mr. Ramey's singing is that he has resorted to making big sounds rather than allowing the sound to come as a result of controlled breath movement. Some of this is age related, but more is due to not following a rigid practice method for breath movement.

  • @alexandrevlad37, VERY unnecessary. There's no need to be vicious. Mr. Ramey understands that his voice isn't what it once was. I've seen interviews where he has talked about it. He doesn't need your unkind remarks to remind him of it.

  • @redhead529 Unnecessary??????????????

  • che tristezza sentire ramey in queste condizioni!

  • Samuel is the best devil ever. For a 67 years old man,I think this is great!

  • @alexandrevlad37, Making cruel remarks is quite unnecessary. Ramey has been the greatest bass-baritone of the 20th century. A voice with such beauty of vocal tone, versatility, flexibility, and agility comes along once in a century. What a flawless voice! Have some respect. I've driven in the pouring rain for 12 hours to hear this man perform live...and I'd do it again in a New York minute...even with the sow vibrato he has now.

  • Yes , it's a pity !
