Virus email crazy

This computer was infected with some kind of virus that constantly sends out spams to unsuspecting users. Symantec is showing popups saying that it is sending the message, but it never actually found the virus.

I had the same thing, spoke to Symantec helpline in Mumbai and it took 8 hours fo phonecalls before i slammed down the phone and reinstalled OS after full system destructive format

This is a spam bot/virus which "looks" like Symantec. I've seen this on a PC which had no Symantec software at all installed on it.

The Symantec boxes are fake...nothing but manipulated screenshots.
