Thing about Penny is despite putting him second to MJ in his prime, his game was more patterned after Magic than his Airness. His amazing court vision with great athleticism allowed him to fundamentally break down what defenses were giving him. He never had that fire that set apart Jordan from others, but IMO he was certainly a one of a kind talent that doesn't come around often.
