Crosshatch 4-24-09

I uh think something went very wrong genetically with him. He crows, has male hackles and saddles, lesser sickles, small hen comb and wattles, totally stopped growing, acts and sounds just like a hen, no other tail feathers except main are coming in. Has GDW male coloring. Now, if he lays an egg something is really weird =|

My family thinks he's an accident, so does my boyfriend who hasn't seen him for a while. He went out the other day and Crosshatch ran out to him...he just gave him a weird look and looked him over. We just call him a girly girl. =) He's a pet, so he might stay a while, even though he's...different. Just a description doesn't sound like much, but in person, you'd swear he was a hen.

Maybe he will finish eventually. He's about 6 months old.

Yup, he is, he's just a very late bloomer! Everyone calls him a hen.
