What are you going to do about the suspension? I was thinking of getting one of these but went against it because my local mechanic said it was rubbish and glen kearney spent 10000 of his own money to get his husky working right

@finchy0601
10g sounds about right to set up any standard bike for a factory spec rider. Given GK is his own team boss, I'll guess he'll spend what he likes. New KYB's are great, my only concern is the rear shock and making work consistently over long periods. updates to follow.

Hi Adam! I test rode a TC and TE250 after watching your test video of the full range. I went out on a test day with the local dealer who is running Husky's for his motocross team and also found the TE250 a little quirky off idle. All it took was a quick adjustment with the laptop(not sure what he did) and it was sorted. Even though I decided on the TC250 for racing, I loved the TE! One of the best 250f's that I have riden. I know you will enjoy it!

Thanks dfa,
Yeah, the lap top tune is all it takes apparently (along with the Mikuni ibeat tool) so I'll get onto it. Glenn Kearney just sent me the same specs he's running on his TXC250, which may work for me as well. He also gave me insight into a few other team mods, which i'll incorporate for part 2. Cheers.
