New Orleans Saints' linebacker, Scott Fujita, is just the opposite of Dean Cain. Biologically, he's fully Caucasian, but his adoptive father is Japanese, and his adoptive mother is Caucasian. Scott considers himself to be half Japanese, because he was raised culturally as a Japanese boy by mixed race parents. When he makes a monster play, he gestures by covering his fist as in Japanese martial arts. lol Scott is called the "Asian Asassin" by his teammates. Scott acts more Japanese than Dean.

Yes, that's correct. Dean Cain's biological father is Roger Tanaka, who is Japanese. Dean's older brother is named Roger after their biological father as well. Dean also has his Japanese family name, Tanaka, tatooed on his ankle. Yes, Dean Cain was born Dean George Tanaka and was later adopted by Christopher Cain, taking on his adoptive father's surname.

His birth name was actually Dean George Tanaka
but he was addopted by Christopher Cain who married
his mom.
