@choopdewoot That doesn't make any sense. You have the right to own a fire arm, so I think that you have the right to have an axe or sword in your home for self defense. You may break laws if you carry these out in public though.

@MichaelkSimmons full tang yes cold steel make some of the toughest beaters out there, but its not damascus, our modern steel and methods far supass damascus as the folding process can crete air pockets and can remove vadium and more which is a critical element to sword making

The only sword I have ad trouble with from Cold Steel is the Nodachi

is it full tang and or damascus?

@tallswede80 Very well. Seems like a wicked blade, I'll try & fetch one.
I've got a Hanwei Miyamoto Musashi daitō myself, but I'd like another katana that's easier to maintain for practical use. And if you're looking for a good 'home defence' blade may I suggest the Hanwei Tactical Wakizashi (TacWak for short). Excellent quality, manoeuvrable blade and affordable price.

That is a rare, fluke occurrence. Not normal at all.

Can't. I don't have access to it right now. In storage far away. Maybe later.

How's the saya (scabbard) on that thing? Somebody complained about it being made of pine wood and that it chips & cracks easily, especially if dropped onto a hard surface.

@Xanatos712 never dropped it on a hard surface, but I've also never chipped or cracked it.
