hello, i did this exercise same as You do, but repeated it 3 times, is that ok for a first time workout after 2.5 years? I feel like it worked, got me all sweaty and kinda tired.

good wourkout! but i ripped my pants at squat and push, is it very bad that il skip that exerise?

@CareyforFitness Thanks for all these videos, they've really been fun to try out ... I wanted to ask you a little question ... using 15 lbs dumbbells, i'm able to perform easily all exercises EXCEPT those targeting the shoulders (arnold shoulder press, squat & push, lateral raises, etc), specially on my left shoulder ... what do you recommend me to do in order to strengthen my shoulders so I can keep improving with these circuits?

@MisterVargas1988 Glad you like my workout videos. I suggest you see an orthopedic doctor or physical therapist for detailed diagnosis. Consider to do shoulder rehab exercises to gradually strengthen the tissues and muscles and improve range of motion.
