Lee Oskar・・・哀愁いっぱいのメロディが最高です!

@mobonce, Lee Oskar is still a member of WAR, but he and his WAR brothers have to call themselves THE LOWRIDER BAND to try and recoup any monies and recognition for all the WAR music they created, because a lowdown producer, Jerry Goldstein, stole their WAR name from them in court.

@sanfranciscobay The quacking duck sound is probably a clavinet through a wah-pedal.
