COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN ARE THE ONLY ENDANGERED SPECIES Sports are Fishing for Red Fish and Trout

The so called conservation groups like the cca have made stopping the commercial fishing into a big money making business with the donations from the public that does not know what is really going on and government grants for their bad data on the fish. Please do not believe all their lies about the fish and the commercial fishermen. THE ONLY ENDANGERED SPECIES IS THE COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN It's all about numbers. In Louisiana sports fishermen out number Commercial Fishermen at least 400 to 1 on any given day.This is just one boat ramp out of 100's.In Florida and Texas the ratio is even worse. Do the Math, Who is catching more fish?In my eyes I know that sport fishermen are taking more of the fish population and trying to stop the Commercial Fishing way of life for their greed. 100 head of fish makes a good day of Commercial Fishing.If only a 1000 sports a day go fishing for Red Fish or any fish and catch 5 of them that is 5000 head and at 10 pounds a fish is50,000 pounds of fish but there is way more than 1000 sports fishing a day in the Gulf of Mexico is more like 400,000 or 500,000on the weekend. we the Commercial fishing are being wipe out for NO REASON. I am not against recreational fishing at all some are great fishermen it's just that the public needs to be educated that there is millions of recreational fishermen and only a few thousand commercial fishermen...DO THE MATH! people should ask themselves where the seafood is coming from when they eat at a fancy restaurant. Do they really think the fish and shrimp are jumping out of the water and into the kitchen. It bugs the hell out of me when these so called conservationist consume our catch and then point fingers at us for being murderers and destroying the ecosystem. Its just like people who oppose offshore oil drilling and then get in their car and drive around. What is wrong with these people's mentality?

In Italy we have a lot of so called sportfisherman going fishing EVERYDAY and selling their catch to restaurants for a half of the value. The same authorities that break my balls everyday do nothing against those, but we are considered as pirates.........

what is very sad about that it happens here in Louisiana They sell the red drum the restaurants and the commercial fishermen can not sell one of them and I seen alot of that in Florida too with the grouper.

we have the same problem down here in florida... its exactly like that down here in boca grande, all them sport fishing guys are running off the tarpon down here, which is killing all local guys down here were we can barley fish anymore

If they didn't catch a fish, they surely ran them over! LOL That is a ridiculous amount of boats fishing in the same area. Reminds me of when a rec sees me catching a fish... Since many can't find a fish themselves, they'll follow me around until I do. Once one sees me catch a fish... The area around where i caught a fish or two slowly builds to a group of them... until they finally force me out of my "spot." Then it's off to repeat the same thing again. LOL & Grrrr VP Dave
