Living in his music. Great playing!

@ people bashing Lang's mannerisms: Shut. The. Fuck. Up.
Obviously, often his mannerisms are intentional; but ultimately he's just an entertainer who needs a certain amount of eccentricity to attain financial security, and if you can't see past that and simply enjoy his brilliant performances, then you're just a hateful & helpless bigot.
If you don't like looking at him then fucking don't; the bottom line is, he's going to go down in history as a genius of our time whether you like it or not.

@Chakiejan You stop posting, means you give up, means that I win. You stop posting, I win, you lose.
Sugarcoat it all you want, it's not going to change. Also, you responded to all my replies as well. You're no different. You only say that your work is complete because you've given up. You've surrendered. You're tired of it. YOU'RE MAKING EXCUSES. What a pussy.
He should only be heard, not seen.

@KerinaLandeepa The difference is that Lang Lang seeks to draw attention to himself, while Uchida is a serious musician who focuses the attention on the music she plays. Her facial expressions might be contorted, but her body language at the piano is one of seriousness and discipline. If one views a Lang Lang performance, then one by Uchida, one will be able to tell the difference at once. Rudolf Serkin, a great pianist, also indulged in a bit of writhing as he played. But he was a genius.
