Typical enclosed Tuscan villa, set along the hills of Lucca, with panoramic views and swimming pool.
Farmhouse with air-conditioning; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 sofa-bed Sleeps 7 people.
Farmhouse Old Country house, with separate barn (which has been completely renovated in keeping with the original features of the place).
My holiday house is only to use esclusive of that group of people that rent it for a period. Typical features include original wooden beams, terracotta floors and mandolate( dove-tailed red-brick wall sections).
In the House there is central hiting and in addition n° 3 bedrooms there is hot air indipendent .
The GROUND FLOOR consists of a large living room (which can accommodate 7 people) that opens out onto a cozy but fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom on the same floor.

On the FIRST FLOOR: there are three bedrooms with air-conditioning.
The first bedroom has a bed with an antique wrought-iron bedstead
The second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined together to make a double bed, if required.
The third bedroom is a single room with one single bed.
There is also a blue and white bathroom situated on the first floor. Although the original structure of the building has been preserved it still retains comfortable period furnishings and every modern convenience has been provided.

The farmhouse is situated on a hill surrounded by age-old olive groves with scenic views over the city of Lucca.
There is a large outdoor area, (completely fenced in) with a swimming-pool for exclusive use. The pool measures 12.60m X 5.40m (Depth at the deep end = 2.20m / Depth at the shallow end = 1.10m). The swimming-pool is available from March to October.
Just outside the front door there is a vine-covered pergola and nearby stands a gazebo where visitors can eat outdoors and enjoy views over the surrounding countryside and the underlying plain of Lucca.
Just a stones throw away, there are some wonderful walks and opportunities for mountain biking and trekking . Ideal location for a relaxing holiday characterised by a sense of peace and well-being.

This house is perfect to use as a base while exploring Lucca and other parts of Tuscany. This holiday home is situated to the north of Lucca in a small village called S.Colombano. This area has a wealth of beautiful ancient villas as Villa Manzi, Villa Torrigiani, Villa Reale and Villa Grabau etc, which were once the home of the nobility of Lucca. All villas are open to the public (check opening times).

A panoramic road known as the Strada del Vino (Wine Route) runs through past many local villages and farmhouse estate where visitors can buy the best local oil and wine.
Near this village there are some good restaurants, a big supermarket in Marlia, banks and a chemist in Segromigno in Monte in Segromigno.
This house is to 9 kilometres from Lucca. Lucca is a city of Ligurian Etruscan origins, enclosed by a circle of C16 century walls, which, with its palaces, churches
( S.Martino Chathedral, San Michele, San Frediano etc.) important monuments, the Amphitheatre square, towers as Guinigi Tower and Tower of Ore and gardens, makes up a small enchanted world.
From the charming garden on top of the Tower of Palazzo Guinigi there is a splendid view of the city, with its red rooftops, its campaniles and the surrounding countryside which extends out into the distance was far as the majestic profile of the Apuan Mountins.
In the city center of Lucca Via Fillungo is the most important street and walking towards the centre you will discover 14 Chouses, Renaissance loggias and small antique shops situated along the stone-paved alley ways.
It is also possible to rent bicycles to ride around the antique walls (about 4 kilometres in crcumference). In no time at all you can reach other equally beautiful destinations like:
FLORENCE (80 kilometres ) the most important city of art in Tuscany
PISA (40 kilometres) and its world famous Piazza Miracoli and LeaningTower.
SIENA (145 kilometres), famous for the Palio (horse race) and Chianti wine... S.GIMIGNANO (125 kilometres) , famous for its towers and ancient churches VERSILIA BEACH (38 kilometres) Viareggio, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi. The GARFAGNANA Valley (32 kilometres) .
And the beautiful sea-side towns of Lerici (80 kilometres), Portovenere(100 kilometres ) and the fishing villages of the Cinqueterre (105 kilometres) in Liguria, which you can reach by train from Lucca.
The Island of Elba is another important tourist attraction.
Trattories and places where typical products from the Tuscany region are made, are ideal locations for sampling various delicacies such as oil, and wine.
