(the video description is copy-pasted from the game's description, so quit bitching about it)
The U.S. Army is the most powerful ground force in the entire world. The backbone of a ground invasion is the U.S. Army Infantry, and in the midst of combat, their skills, courage, and teamwork are put to the test.

While readiness continues to be the U.S. Army's top priority, how it goes about its business is changing. Full Spectrum Warrior began as a training aid for the U.S. Army to reinforce Army doctrine and team effort within the troops. It is the most realistic portrayal of Infantry-level urban warfare via unique tactical action gameplay. Players become the Squad Leader, commanding Alpha and Bravo squads. There is potential for danger down every alley, behind every window. Watch those angles folks, we've got a job to do here. Hooah!

*Unique combination of tactical and action gameplay.
*Authentic implementation of U.S. Army Infantry doctrine.
*Simple control scheme lets you command eight soldiers in real time.
*Squad equipment reflects real weaponry and equipment currently in use by the U.S. Army.
*Immersive urban environments with danger around every corner.
*2-player co-op, each player controls one fire team.
*Includes 2 exclusive bonus levels not available on Xbox.

  • @Rankftw damn straight, it was breathtaking, hell, still not bad looking

  • When I bought this game, the graphics were the best

  • @adrius Alright thank you for the information, it is funny, at my boot camp, all of the months I was there, they didn't let us play this game, we played a few other games when we weren't doing our courses, but I think this looks great, it's to bad that original Xbox games don't work on Xbox 360 because I would buy this.

  • @Born2kill2891 You control two groups, two fireteams, Alpha and Bravo. you control each team as a single unit, and you use both teams in concert. You will often have one team lay covering fire for another, send both teams in at different angles to flank, create distractions so one team has a clear shot, etc. When you issue one of the squad orders, the leader of that team will shout their orders "Alpha team, move!" etc. It may sound boring to some people, but I promise, it isn't.

  • @adrius Okay, thanks. But one question I have is do you control the character you play as or do you also order your character to move around like the other soldiers in your company?

  • @Born2kill2891 It's a strategy game. You tell them where to move, and they move. You tell them where to fire, or who to fire at, and they fire. It's not a shooter.

  • Do you control your character with movement, like Call of Duty movement or do you control him like World of Warcraft movements?

  • @epicnessism101 He's just representing the NYPD. Maybe he was a cop or has friends/family police officers.

  • Ya I agree with disnukka79 completly

  • one of my favorite games of all time. most people didn't like it because it wasn't 1st person and you couldn't control a player directly. it was more like a real time strategy game.... It involved more thinking and strategy than people who play military shooter games want to deal with... They just want to blow shit up... And the graphics were amazing for its time
