  • @GrimFandango92 I also use often just the original studio track ;-) yeah I'm looking forward seeing it!

  • @JacksonGuitarist91 That's quite impressive... Most people (like me unfortunately) just mask their cover over the original studio track for their cover, must take you ages to do each instrument as well! I'm really shocked that there are no drum covers of this song online... Definitely want to remedy that, but gonna take a lot more practice first, this ain't an easy song.

  • @GrimFandango92 Thank you man! Glad that you think like me. As recording software I used MAGIX Music Maker (some cheap DAW). And I created the bass guitar and drums with VST plugins. Yeah I kinda watched and listened to a lot of drum lessons and to drummers in general to get a main idea of common rhythms and patterns. Thank you again!

  • @JacksonGuitarist91 Well, I actually find it pretty refreshing when someone is straight up and has the balls to say it's a difficult song, so congrats for that! And besides, if it was exactly the same, it wouldn't be a cover!

Besides that, nice work dude! I actually really enjoyed it, think it was really well done! What software did you use btw? And how on earth did you add the other instruments so accurately? Do you play drums as well? If not you have a pretty good understanding, cheers!

  • @JacksonGuitarist91 Oh right! I see u got some shinny hair right there

  • keep up the good work :-)

    Greets from the U.S.

  • @JacksonGuitarist91 Well it's good to see someone with an attitude like that, still, not good enough? I don't see that part, just keep practicing if you don't think you're good enough.

  • @Kylar5715 You're absolutely right! But it wasn't my intention to make a 100% "correct" cover. I do often change some things in my cover versions mainly for three reasons: 1. I am not good enough, so I can't play it the correct way or 2. I like my idea better or 3. it doesn't really matter how I play it, because the character of the song does still survive. But thank you for the criticizing comment.
