Experience a five-course meal custom-paired with Dogfish Head beer, including vintage bottles. Sam Caligione, founder of the brewery, traveled to South Norwalk to preside over this event -- which sold out in 45 minutes.

In the kitchen: Ginger Man's Executive Chef Bart Tracy and Ginger Man Norwalk Chef Jamie Pantanella. Cheese course by Ken Skovron or Darien Cheese & Fine Foods. Dessert by Knipschildt Chocolatier.

Also featuring Ginger Man Norwalk's Owner Christian Burns and Manager Andrew Hoenig.
