I really hope that you can find a puppy you dream of in your area, because an international flight is very long and must be very stressful for tiny puppy.(; ;)

Thanks for replying my comment :) I 've actually done it twice before. I moved to U.K from Canada few years ago and I moved back from U.K to Hong Kong this time. I'm very proud very dog could make it through the long haul flight because it's really stressful. That's why I want to import one from Japan because it takes shorter time on the flight and I don't trust Chinese breeder. If you could kindly help me ask Marroppy that would be so so great !!

Hi, Candice! I just got a reply from my friend, Marroppy. She said,"The dachshund breeder, I know and trust the most, have never shipped their puppies to overseas. Sadly, there are many nasty breeders in Japan too, and lots of dogs and cats are suffering in a condition of overbreeding. I really do not recommend to import a puppy from Japan because there is no guarantee that you get a healthy puppy."

I have a smooth haired dachshund myself which I bought from Edmonton,Canada. I moved back to Hong Kong with her in August and I'm staying here for good. I've been looking for a miniature long haired dachshund ever since I came back but still no good sign. I'm just wondering if you know there's a way where I can import one from japan.

All I know is that vaccine requirements are different, depending on the age of puppy, and there is usually a time line for when the vaccination must be given prior to travel. It sounds very difficult to get a very young puppy which needs many vaccines should be given in a part. If you want an adult dog, it is a different story.

Hi! Although I'd like to help you, I don't think I can because I’m living in US and have no idea how to import live animals from Japan. The puppy in this video came from other state to my home in California.

そうですね。「大脱走」とか「エデンの東」とかＤＶＤは持ってい­ます。ところがシーンばかり目がいっています。マロンママも資格­を持っているアマチュア無線が趣味ですが、海外の人と英語などで­交信するのですが、「誰か交信しませんか。」と言って、アメリカ­やオーストラリアの方が呼んできて、びっくりして「I can't speak English.」などと言おうものなら「おまえは今英語で話し­たではないか。」（すみません英訳できません。）と言って付き合­わされます。あ、あれ、ママさんとご婦人だけの会話ではないので­すね。

これはですね、女性が「これ、小さなダックスフンドみたいね！」­と言い、横の男性が「僕達もうちに2匹いるんだよ」と言って、私­が「私ももう一匹家にいるんですよ」と言っている会話です。^^　言葉を聞き取る力はただ単に「慣れ」です。すでに内容を理解され­ているお好きな洋画などを何度も観ていると早い会話も聞こえてき­ますよ！是非お試しを！^^
