  • You do realize that CAFE standards wont actually lead to 'green' cars? If you just increase the wheelbase you can make a gas guzzling Ford F-150 into a more 'green' car than a fuel sipping diesel. That is why VW doesn't agree with CAFE standards, because according to them 11 l/100 km can be more 'green' than 4 l /100 km. What you need to target is to lower CO2 emissions, which is why European made cars are much 'greener' than American made.

  • Just bought a Volkswagen V10 Touareg. Maybe I should run these suckers over.

  • In 1910, steam cars where more efficient and produced less CO2 emissions then the standard Ford Gasoline car which became popular. Today steam cars are allot more efficient then fossil fuel burning cars however, if we continue to relay on cars to get any where we will eventually run out of fuel.

  • Yeah their probably really scared

  • Go Greenpeace! This kind of campaigning is the best way to highlight the truth behind big companies like VW. encouraging them to change their profit before environment agenda.

  • The Greenpeace truck with the billboard . . . . what was it burning for fuel? How did all these Greenpeace folks travel to this event?

  • Oh my! Greenpeace has stormtroopers!?

Do they blow up ships too?
