u ppl who don't speak arabic this is not a dog! they say in the video that it's chest was as large as a human chest or even larger! and they say that there's a dude who's a shepard that was put in a mental health hospital and the guy who hired the shepard shot this one with a shotgun and the rest of the clan or watever u wanna call it ran away! this is not a joke!

I'm guessing this is near the sea, it's a racoon/skunk/dog. They lose their fur after awhile in the sea, can also rot in a fasion that makes them look like they have beaks because of the softer flesh rotting faster.
