here in texas american tower pays about 4000 grand a month but you only get paid when the tower is operational. so no money for the land owner during constuction on until service providers are on the tower just varries from lease to lease

Try quiting the deal in a few years after tumors show -like a farmer i know who was refused out -hes now dead,&16 others around the death tower are almost .I dont use cells,but am so ill with tech radiation,im fleeing to the 3rd world-just to LIVE. I've heard around $1500 a mo. but really don't know for sure. I saw an article the other day about a church that leases out it's steeple for an antenna farm. Even the cross is an antenna. (unreal)
