Korean Radish Side Dish for Korean Fried Chicken. I used sprite but you
can use water.
Radish
1 can sprite
1/4 to 1/3 cup vinegar
3 0r 4 tablespoons sugar
3/4 to 1 tablespoon salt

  • I've never eaten this before. After marinating, you just eat it? Do you drain the liquid or are you supposed to eat it with the radish?

  • @saprater25 The liquid gets served with the radish. But most people only eat the radish

  • how long do you let it sit before eating?

  • @samchon609 one hour is ok, overnight is better.

  • what tyoe if vinegar is used
