When getting the timing right.

Do you look at the little timline on top? Because you first slide it to the right, then are you trying to hit it on the corresponding part on the timeline that is a beat later? Hard to type out, but yeah.

I understand it all but for some damn reason when I hit sync, it literately doesn't do anything. Any idea on why it's doing that?
