More memories !!! when I was part of the group, we found this truck outside Staunton for 50.00 and painted it at Harold's back 40 acres (smile) on Coalter St. Boxley Farms.. then flat-bedded it to Nashville for the CMA Awards....lots of memories since then, It was the Road Hog's TUURRRINN Bus. No seats, but it did have one light bulb hanging from the roof. Ha !

listen to this from wwl new orleans, dave nemo would play this in his trucker chuckles part of the show. kelp me up, i was a road driver then (38 years) always looked forward to hereing it again, thank you for posting it, great memories.

@toterola451 WWL was great! We could get that even in NC! My brothers & I used to stay up half the night on the weekends & listen! (Daddy was a truck driver....)

I had an interview with Harold in 1974, he said they wrote the script for the first Cadillac Cowboys album ("Then & Now") while appearing with Johnny Cash in Amsterdam. There was no TV or radio at all in the hotel, so the four of them kept each other entertained all night with these characters.
By daylight they had an album written, and a lot of complaints about the noise they were making.
