"A Christmas Story" is truly one of the best Christmas movies out there. It is a wonderful, warm, heart-felt Christmas classic with a twist of humor. TBS airs a 24-hour marathon of this funny monker every year, starting on Christmas Eve and ending on Christmas Day (6 PM EST). This movie is a must-see and should be added to your DVD/ movie collection! You can't go without seeing this one!

About 1986 my father bought me a BB gun for X-Mas too when I was 8 years old. I wanted one so bad too. Like Ralphe did. But when I went to my backyard excited day after day to shoot at cans unsupervised my mother told me the be careful not to shoot my eye out. So one day not thinking the whole time setting cans up against the backyard wall from about 25 feet I shot at a can & the BB ricocheted off the wall and bounced right back & struck me just below the eye ......... classic memory!!

Yes they are having a marathon to night starting at 8pm EST running all night and Christmas day until 8pm. The commercails came on last night and ll day today.
