how many seconds do u have to hold the hand stand before u can start to learn the pike? i can hold hand stand for 2 seconds.

how did you make ur pike deeper? cuz ive been practicing for 4 days but my arm cannot reach my feet because the leg was too high. help please, oh btw ur pike is dope.
