kurt i like your videos man. it's good to see other true hardcore, dedicated bodybuilders out there. it is motivating for someone such as myself that aspires to be a natural pro bodybuilder such as yourself one day.
p.s. i have yet to try out your recipes in the videos you made. they both look awesome and diet friendly

confused about your question regarding my training. Are you referring to my workouts or my cardio?

@animal1622 my question was regarding cardio but also what kindove weightlifting style? seems kindove like dorian 2 or so sets that lead up to an all out set to failure and beyond for each exercise

for cardio I do a mix of HIIT (about twice a week) and steady state (2-4 times a week)
