In addition to flogging cars, Tony has also dabbled in New South Wales state politics representing his local area, Baulkham Hills. Accusations of shady business practices as a salesman ultimately led to his resignation from parliament.

Yeah, I tried amplifying the sound as much as I could without the tape noise overpowering it, but when it comes to old tapes, there really isn't much you can do - will check your clips - thanks!

Its funny, the street behind the dealership, now Heartland Holden, is called Packard Street. Woulda thought he wouldntve been deserving of the honour of having a street named after him

Yeah old tapes suck! Sometimes picture grainy, sound soft... not much you can do without overdoing it and wrecking it. As I am going through piles of VHS tapes now, searching for all ads old, I also find older/crappier tapes tend to jump the audio when encoding to media file. Nothing can fix that either. Anyway, goodluck with your tape travels.
