    其實瘦的人認真練兩個多月腹肌就非常明顯了

    每次仰臥起坐30下

    一天作六次30*6=180下

    每天持續兩個多月就很威了

    而且說真的之要有毅力練出腹肌根本不難

    注意喔:我說的是瘦的人練出腹肌很容易

    如果是個胖子的話

    長出腹肌還是會被蓋在脂肪底下

  • 就只整腹肌

    其他都垂的阿

    整有屁用喔

    大家都是認真在練不然哪來的線條阿

    跟練出來飽滿的形狀 差很多
