Hang in there bud. Watching other people through it helps. Remember to go to your nearest park and take a brisk walks. It helps too.

@TheBiggestWolf I relapsed after 7 years clean and am just coming back, kicking at home and have been watching this to help get through the rough patches. Thank you.

@BeigeHolland Sorry, not job, this is so rewarding for me. Not to mention a good reminder for me. Of course I remember this like it was yesterday,although in March it will be 7 years since I was in that cycle of sickness. So happy to not be sick anymore.

@TheBiggestWolf I will be 7 years off of heroin in March. My sobriety date is June 12, 2006. thats when I gave up everything else (that gets you loaded). True that to get nourished. The hospital I detoxed in 7 years ago gave me 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners each day for 32 days of detoxing. I weighed 128 lbs when I arrived and only gained 2 pounds in spite of all the food. They weren't sure I was going to make it, too close to death. But I did and put up this video

I went through something similar, thought it was a far weaker opiate than heroin. I know how it can be. Make sure even though your not sick anymore to eat well and get your vitamins in.
