I know it's just a trick or an illusion, but I first saw this trick on tv last night when it was David Blaine drowned or something like then, when he stayed in that bubble for a week, it showed snippets of his tricks. And the girl does shake her head like she's not ready yet, but it's still an amazing trick, and she is a good actor, she looked like she was going to cry when he pulled the tooth out, her hands were shaking and everything, which helped sell that it was real, but when he spat.. LOL.

This is so FAKE. At 00:10 you can see the chick fixing the false teeth and getting them ready for the trick. You can see her lips moving and puckering up really awkwardly. At 00:18 he asks her "will you trust me" as a cue to see if she has the false teeth set up correctly and ready for the trick..of coarse she doesnt so she says no. He then buys more time for her and starts looking at the crowd asking if anyone will try it..then he goes back to her and of coarse shes ready by then.
