Cap and trade (tax) kills more American jobs. Higher taxes on business means less money they can pay current and new employees. Private business isn't like the gov't, it can't keep printing its own money. Business has to actually watch how much it spends.
Moreover China, India, and most other developing nations are rapidly increasing their pollution unchecked AND they refuse to reduce their emissions.
Come on environomentalists. Go after the India, China, etc and make a real difference.
