no I have studied martial, boxing, and about 8 different kinds of contact fighting. I think the body pose looks like a mortal kombat and I am not the only one that does. to be honest I shouldnt have said it is shitty its not it just doesnt look like the anime Ryu of more recent years. my bad about putting it down that wasnt cool.
